Women in Sustainable Energy

It’s a known fact that STEM-related industries are not meeting basic expectations for gender diversity. Although grassroots level work is being undertaken to attract Women and Non-binary people to trades in which have traditionally been male-dominated, there are things we can be doing now to move towards equal representation.
